The tasks in our assessment are built to hide what they’re actually measuring. So there’s a bit of secrecy involved. But what we can tell you is that they’re all based on established experiments from the fun field of cognitive neuroscience.

These tasks capture the traits that make up your natural behaviour. This way,  employers get an authentic picture of your true potential, and can use this insight to see if you’ll be a great fit for a given role. 

Yes, we want the assessment to be engaging for you. But you can rest assured that the results your employers see will be a fair, relevant and accurate portrayal of your unique potential. This is – and will always be – our first priority.
