I was interrupted by an H500 error

Don’t stress – this won’t affect your results. It’s caused by a temporary issue that’s interrupted your session.

Wait an hour or so and log back in, using the same Username and password you found in your invitation email. You should be able to pick up exactly where you left off.

If you were interrupted before you managed to complete the task in question, let us know via the candidate support form. Make sure to include as much detail as you can remember – including the task you were completing at the time. We’ll get in touch shortly, to make sure you’re given the fairest possible chance to complete the assessment.
