This is caused by a temporary issue that has interrupted your game session.
Wait for an hour and log back in using the same Username and Password provided in your assessment invitation. You should be able to pick up from where you left off and complete the assessment.
If you did not have a chance to complete the level you were on when you were interrupted, then contact us via the Candidate Support form. Make sure to include as many details as you remember, including the level you were on and what the task involved was. One of our team will be on hand to help you, so you have a fair chance to complete all the levels of the assessment.
