Get in touch with the recruitment team at the company you’ve applied to for any questions around your deadline. You'll usually be able to find contact details in your assessment invite. If you don’t see any of this information, use this form to get in touch with our support team.
If the deadline is wrong, don’t worry – they'll let you know what your deadline really is, and you’ll be given plenty of time to complete the assessment.
Double-check the bottom of your assessment invitation. Here, you’ll see which company has invited you to complete our assessment, and the role in question.
If you don’t see any of this information, use this form to get in touch with our support team. They’ll be happy to let you know which company is assessing you, and for which role.
Get in touch with the recruitment team at the company you’ve applied to. You’ll need to explain that your email has been mistakenly paired with the incorrect name. They’ll be able to correct your information.
