This means that username has expired

Look at the email invitation or email reminder. If the deadline has passed,  your username will no longer work. Please contact the organisation that you are applying to for inquiries about extensions.

"But my deadline has not passed?"

This means that your username has been mistakenly given the wrong deadline. You will not be penalized for a technical fault. Either contact the organisation you are applying to, or contact our support team via the candidate support form who will be able to help.
