No, it’s not necessarily a problem. But there are two points to consider:
The first is how long ago you took the assessment. If it was more than six months ago, there’s a chance your results will now be different. So, if this is the case, just log in and complete the assessment as normal!
If, however, you’ve completed the same assessment in the past six months, we can simply passport your previous results across. All you need to do is let us know, including the following information:
- The specific assessment you’ve been invited to complete
- Your old player key and your new one (found on both invitation emails)
- The name of the roles and companies you applied for.
Type of assessment
There’s a chance that you might’ve been invited to complete a different assessment to the one you’ve seen previously. The first, for example, may look at your personality, while the second measures your aptitude.
So, we advise double-checking your invitation email to see which assessment you’ve been invited to. If it’s a different type, you should complete it as normal.
