Why doesn't my report offer specific feedback on the role?

We understand that you may want feedback on how your responses reflect your fit for the role. But your report has been sent before the wider recruitment process is complete. So we’re unable to offer specific feedback relating to the role’s requirements – that would be unfair to other candidates.

So, in the meantime, your report gives you useful insight into your own natural behaviours. We believe this is truly worth knowing

Of course, you can always ask the employer in question for more specific feedback once you know whether you’ll be progressing in the process or not.
