Having difficulty downloading the app?

This could be because the device you're using is incompatible with our assessments. Please ensure the following: 

1. You can use any iOS or Android mobile phone or tablet released in the past 4 years. 

2. There is extra storage space in your device

3. You have good and stable internet connection. If you are using a company's or school's WiFi, there might be a firewall blocking the app's access to the internet. Please change to a data connection and try again.

4. The app which you had downloaded is the most updated version

If your device isn't considered compatible you can also borrow from your family members or friends.
