If you’re having trouble accessing your report through the link you’ve been sent, you can get in touch to let us know. Using our Candidate Support Form, please tell us:
- The URL you were given to access your report
- Details about the role & company you’ve applied to
- A screenshot of what you see when you try to access the report
- Your unique player key (so we know who you are!)
Once you’ve sent that over, we’ll get to the bottom of it and help you access your report.
