I can’t access the report from the link I’ve received

Get in touch with us using the Candidate Support Form. Make sure to include:

  1. The URL you were sent to access the report
  2. Details about the role and company you’ve applied to
  3. A screenshot of anything you can see when attempting to access the report
  4. Your player key, so we can identify you
