How does the reasonable adjustment work?

We apply reasonable adjustment to any traits measured by our assessment that might be affected by your disability.

To make sure you’re always getting the fairest shot, we’ve had these adjustments extensively validated using three data sources:

  • Data from live candidates like yourself
  • Data from research participants
  • Reviews of scientific literature

It’s worth noting that, because there’s no time limit to the behaviour-based assessment, we don’t feel that giving you more time is a valuable adjustment. That said, we do offer 25% more time as a standard adjustment for our aptitude assessments. If you feel like you need further adjustments, just let us know when you get in touch.
