Although our assessment has interactive elements that might seem ‘game-like’, there’s no need for any particular experience or special skill. The tasks are intuitive and easy to follow. There's also no practice necessary!
In fact, we’ve designed the assessment to be completely ‘no-knowledge’. That means there’s absolutely no benefit to having completed the assessment before. Or from having spent hours on the Xbox!
This means everyone experiences the assessment in the exact same way and gets the same opportunity to impress.
