There’s no right or wrong with our assessment, and we don’t have some lab-grown, cookie-cutter idea of ‘success’. What we’re looking for is your natural behaviour, and how well that marries up with the needs of the role.
So there’s really no way to improve your performance, no chance of ‘beating’ the assessment, and no practice necessary. The only way to be ‘successful’? Just be yourself.
Of course, this doesn’t guarantee you the job. But we can guarantee that being anything other than yourself will hurt your chances. Not worth the risk, if you ask us.
