So there’s really no way to improve your performance. No chance of ‘beating’ the assessment. The only way to be ‘successful’? Just be yourself.
Of course, this doesn’t guarantee you the job. But we can guarantee that being anything other than yourself will hurt your chances. Not worth the risk, if you ask us.
