The assessment won't work on my device!

Web assessment

'The Assessment' is web-based, meaning you don’t need to download anything! 

All you need to do is scroll down to ‘Start Assessment’ in your invitation email and click the link. This will open the assessment up directly in your browser.

Please make sure you are using a compatible device and have a strong internet connection before you start! 

Downloadable assessment (Skyrise City)

If you can’t seem to download Skyrise City onto your device, this could mean it’s incompatible. We’d recommend double-checking the following:

  1. Your iOS or Android mobile device isn’t more than four years old
  2. Your device has sufficient storage space (more on this here)
  3. You have a stable internet connection. If you’re using a business or school WiFi connection, double-check for any firewall blocking access. Consider connecting to mobile data.
  4. You’ve downloaded the most up-to-date version of the app.

If your personal device isn’t compatible with the assessment, we’d advise borrowing a friend’s or family member’s device. We won’t store any of their personal data.
